Today’s spotlight falls on our avocado toast, a breakfast item that has blown up in recent years. This superfruit has been turned into anything and everything; from an avocado chip to a dressing, the fanatic following the avocado has is growing by the day. Spread it on something as simple as toast and it becomes the perfect healthy breakfast option that’ll keep you fueled all morning.
With everyone wanting “in” on the avocado toast craze, some wacky concoctions have been created. From a chocolate spread under the avocado slices, to a mayo spread- creativity is surely not lost when trying to come up with the next hit combination.
The question is, what does Pano’s avocado toast look like?
We kept it simple, with a bit of added flare. Pano’s avocado toast is served on wheat bread with fresh slices of avocado, an over easy egg, feta cheese and pico de gallo on top.
The feta cheese and pico de gallo give the toast some added color and flavor appealing to your senses.
Pano’s avocado toast is available every Sunday between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. during brunch. Make sure to enjoy a classic mimosa (if you’re over 21!) to go along with your meal and make it the perfect relaxing Sunday morning.
